What’s the difference between semi-custom and custom design?
The main difference is with our semi-custom collection you select a design that you like, and then that design is updated to include your event details (like a template). You can change the colours but no adjustments can be made to fonts or layout.

Our custom design process creates a design for you from scratch. You may have some examples that you’ve collected that we can use as inspiration. We consult directly with you to tailor a design that suits your requirements. This process is also perfect for couples who have employed a stylist, as we can work with them to execute their vision.

When should I order my invitations?
Ideally invitations should be ordered at least 6 months before the wedding date. This is the perfect amount of time for design, revisions, production and delivery as everything is custom produced. Total turnaround is around 6 weeks for semi-custom (and 8 weeks for custom) but please get in contact if you require your invitations sooner.

Do you offer a design service Australia wide?
Yes, we offer a very streamline process via email and/or phone to clients Australia wide.

How many changes can be made during the design process?
Two rounds of limited changes are included for our semi-custom collection, and 3 rounds of changes are included for all custom designs. Please view our terms here for a full list of included changes.

Okay I'm happy with the quote, now what?
Once you’re happy with the quote and ready to place an order, an invoice is prepared with payment details. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and begin the design process with the balance due prior to printing and dispatch.

Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, however international shipping will need to be calculated.

Do you offer in-person consultations?
Currently we do not offer in-person consultations.

Do you offer samples?
Yes, you can purchase a sample pack by getting in touch.

Do you offer express turnaround?
Yes, if you require your stationery sooner than the allocated total of 6 weeks for artwork, printing and delivery then this may be possible, however an additional 20% fee is required to allow for priority artwork creation and printing. If you would like to add express turnaround to your order, please let us know.

Can I make colour changes to your semi-custom collection?
Yes you can. We have a range of colour palette suggestions however if you want specific colours, please let us know.
